Send us your Article Submission for use in Prime Times Magazine,

Email Us a Word Document, RTF Document or Text Document with the Article and any Pictures you would like to use. attached. Please remember to ATTACH the Files.

You MUST also include a Signed copy of the Model Release Form. If the images you send are of only one person, then use the Single Model Release Form. If it is of Multiple People, please use the Multiple Model Release Form. All parties in the images must sign and then please Fax these forms to 480-491-5839 ATTN: Design Department or Mail them to AZ Prime Times, ATTN: Design Department, 4015 West Chandler Blvd, Suite 200, Chandler AZ 85226.

Note: Images should be of good quality, the larger the image file the better, we prefer 300dpi and about 1000 Pixels wide (We can resize them). It's okay of they are in .JPG .TIF or .PNG format as we will change them to the file type we need.

All articles will be reviews by the editor. By submitting your article, you vouch for the originality or the content. You also give full permission to AZ Prime Times to modify, add, delete content from the article as they deem necessary without prior approval from you.
